Olfactory neuroblastoma?
Lymphoma of frontal lobe?
I was thinking about neoplasia – lymfoma or olfactory neuroblastoma (as mensioned by Joseph P Looney), but could be an infection as toxoplasmosis also possible?
Agreed with the post above but other DDx I would consider Cryptococcus or fungal granuloma
Great differentials, everyone! Nobody said meningioma, presumably because I said it wasn’t what you think…Meningioma is the most common primary brain tumor in cats and that’s what we hoped this would be. The owners elected to pursue surgery for this cat and the mass was CNS lymphoma.
