  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the Customer Profile tab
  3. Click on the “change” link under password.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Login page
  2. Click on “Forgot password?”
  3. On the next screen, enter the email address you used to sign up and then click on the “Get Password” button.
  4. Check your email – You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click on the password reset link.

To change your username:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on the “Account” link under the Log In / Sign Up menu
  3. Click on the “Customer Profile” tab OR click on on the “Change Password/Edit Profile” link
