    With apparent unaffected FLs and hindlimb/tail UMN, LMN and sensory values of “0”, it places the likely lesion at the level of L4-S1. Rule outs may be inflammatory, neoplastic, disc disease, vascular/FCE, and trauma. MRI and CSFA may be warranted.
