Did you do CSF testing in this dog? Confusing history and presentation, good case!
CSF analysis showed a mild lymphocytic pleocytosis. If memory serves, the nucleated cell count was around 7 cells/uL, protein content was normal, and something like 70% lymphocytes and the rest large mononuclear cells.
And, yes, history was a bit confusing and the grandkids were really upset that it was their fault. Was able to tell them it wasn’t!
